SERVICES • MONTHLY DESIGN RETAINER

A design & Framer team on tap — without the full-time hire.

A monthly design retainer for growing businesses that need ongoing design and Framer work — new pages, brand design, and marketing assets — with the momentum of an in-house team and none of the overhead. A fractional design partner, on call.

WHY A RETAINER

Like having an in-house designer. Minus the salary.

A full-time mid-level designer runs [$6,000–8,000+/month] once you factor in salary, benefits, and overhead — plus the time to hire and manage them. The retainer gives you senior design and Framer development for a fraction of that, with no hiring, no management, and no long-term commitment.

How it works

One priority at a time

We focus on your most important thing and move it forward fast. So your queue always has full senior attention, not divided effort.

Updates every few days

Steady, visible momentum — not a black box you check on once a month.

We refine until it's right

Revisions are part of the rhythm, not a haggle.

Context that compounds

We learn your brand once and get faster over time — you never re-explain your business.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does the retainer work?

Each month you get priority access to Studio C for ongoing design and Framer work. We focus on one priority at a time, move it forward with updates every few days, and refine until it's right — then move to the next. You send work through a shared Slack channel; no meetings required.

What can I actually ask for?

New Framer pages and site updates, brand and marketing design, pitch decks, campaign and social graphics, and ongoing SEO and AI-visibility work. If it's design or Framer, it's fair game. We'll align on priorities so the most important things move first.

What does "one priority at a time" mean?

Rather than splitting attention across ten half-finished tasks, we focus fully on your top priority and ship it, then move to the next. It's what keeps quality high and turnaround fast. You can queue as many requests as you like — we work them in order, and you can reprioritize anytime.

How fast will I get work back?

Most requests see updates every few days, depending on scope. Larger pieces take longer, but you'll always see steady, visible momentum rather than waiting weeks in the dark.

Is there a contract or minimum commitment?

No long-term contract. The retainer is billed monthly, and you can pause or cancel anytime. Many clients pause between busy stretches and pick back up when work ramps again.

What if I need more than the retainer covers?

The base retainer covers one active workstream. If you need more capacity — multiple priorities running at once, or a bigger push — we'll scope additional capacity together on a call.

How is this different from just hiring a designer?

A full-time designer means salary, benefits, overhead, and the time to hire and manage them. The retainer gives you senior design and Framer skill on demand, for a fraction of that cost, with none of the commitment — and you can stop anytime.

Can you also handle a full website or brand project?

Yes. Some clients start with a one-time website or brand project and move to a retainer to keep things growing after launch; others do the reverse. We'll help you figure out which fits.
